Here at Saval Foodservice, we believe our drivers are one of the most important pieces of our customer service model.

This weekend, we received feedback about one of our drivers Mike Miller, who has been with us for 3 and 1/2 years. Read more below:

"Today our church New Psalmist Baptist Church had a food giveaway. a gentleman by the name of Mike pulled up in a truck with goods. After unloading Mike started to help us hand out items. His professionalism and friendliness was an added PLUS to today's mission. We unanimously voted that we wanted him to come back again when we have our next giveaway. Mike is a part of the NPBC family now. Kudos to your company for providing good service and to Mike for going the extra mile and providing EXCELLENT customer service especially in a time where racial tensions are at an all time high it was a breath of fresh air to have all of us working together for one cause...to help others in need. I didn't get Mike's last name but I believe that he stated he's out of Elkridge and his weekly route is in Northern Va. Be safe." – Kaye
