They’ll be the workhorses of 1932 Specialty Produce & Meat — the newest division of Saval Foods Corp. The name is a nod to the date that Harry and Flora Saval founded the business in the back of a Baltimore warehouse. The first 1932 truck arrived last month and more are on the way, said President and CEO Paul Saval.
Since 1932, Saval Foodservice has been serving Mid-Atlantic restaurants from Philadelphia to Roanoke.
