Parpan was launched in 2020 by Lyon Bakery - a long time leading artisan bakery in Washington DC.

For decades, leading restaurants and premier hotel chains have relied upon Lyon for the highest quality fresh breads. But as demand grew beyond Lyon’s fresh bread delivery capacity, the idea for a new frozen bread company was born.
With a multimillion-dollar investment in state-of-the-art processing equipment to increase production capabilities, Parpan is now bringing artisan quality frozen breads to the marketplace nationwide.
