Recruiter

Effectively spearhead the recruitment process from writing position descriptions, posting jobs, reviewing candidates, interviewing candidates, preparing new hire paperwork, and entering hires into ADP employment management system, and assisting with orientation and retention strategies.

Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive and competitive talent attraction and recruitment programs that are streamlined and efficient, broadcast openings to targeted audiences, and create a robust pipeline of future talent.

Build upon the findings of employee satisfaction surveys to develop programming to support the growth and productivity of all employees.

Analyze trends and metrics related to recruiting, hiring and turnover.

Attends job fairs as needed.

Keep up to date on hiring policies, practices, trends, and laws.

Work across the organization on systems related to human resources functions, including payroll and internal and external communications tools.

Perform other duties as assigned.

qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field; experience in recruiting may be substituted for education

· Spanish speaking a plus

experience:

· 3-6 months prior recruiting experience preferred

· Experience with ADP a plus

compensation:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year depending on experience
