Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Process biweekly Payroll for a staff of 300
  • Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
  • Assist with Vendor Statement Reconciliations
  • Assist Accounting & Finance with a Variety of Tasks

One of our most successful Saval Cares Initiatives is our annual charity golf tournament that has raised over $350,000 for the Children’s Cancer Foundation since its inception over 19 years ago.

  • Experience processing Payroll on ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software packages
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Exceptional Time Management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of employees
experience:
  • BS degree in Accounting (preferred)
  • 3+ years related work experience handling invoice processing (preferred)
