Night Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Processes data entry to close out orders and create invoices for all routes.
  • Print invoices and routing documents for drivers. Help dispatch drivers.
  • Review inventory, print short sheets and keep track of inventory out of stocks.
  • Print labels as needed.
  • Helps maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming office environment.
  • Works with selectors and restockers to hand out job assignments.
  • Communicates effectively with managers, warehouse staff, routing coordinator, and drivers regarding daily work.
  • Performs all Operations administrative functions as assigned. May include attendance tracking, time sheets, filing, etc.
  • Run system back up and End of Day Reports.

Night Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Sunday Night Through Thursday Night, Reports to Night Warehouse Managers and Routing Coordinator

High school graduate.

  • A minimum of six month of experience in office administration.*
  • 1 Year Warehouse experience (preferred).
  • Processes verbal and written communication, math and personnel computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stays well organized and able to multi-task in a high paced, always changing office and warehouse environment.

$22.00 per hour
