IT Help Desk

Overview of Responsibilities

Manage Help Desk tickets

Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat

Provide customer assistance

Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues

Escalate unfamiliar issues to the appropriate IT person

Learn about our industry specific software and unfamiliar issues

Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software

Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

Full Time
job schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and/or Sunday-Thursday (Sunday will be remote 10am-5:30pm and Monday-Thursday will be 8:30am-5:00pm).
  • In depth knowledge of Office 365 primarily (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Available to be on call rotation
  • Detail oriented in order to keep relevant notes on tickets
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order

  • 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • Help desk: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Required)
  • Technical support: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
