Executive Assistant to the President/CEO
Your Mission
Support the President/ CEO with executive-level coordination, strategic calendar management, and high-level administrative support — enabling him to deliver on both internal and external commitments with efficiency and excellence.
What You’ll Do
· Executive & Strategic Support
· Serve as the right hand to the President/CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and communications, and accompanying him on local travel.
· Coordinate and support formal customer interactions, visits, and local travel.
· Maintain and update contact databases.
· Organize personal and business travel for ownership and senior staff.
· Oversee and manage the office facilities.

One of our most successful Saval Cares Initiatives is our annual charity golf tournament that has raised over $350,000 for the Children’s Cancer Foundation since its inception over 19 years ago.

$65,000 - $70,000/year
