Key Responsibilities

Manage creditworthiness of customers, which includes analyzing the financial health of existing and potential customers.
Maintaining credit policy adherence. Work with sales team to minimize risk in conjunction with supporting sales goals.
Work with the sales and finance teams during the approval of credit applications.
Assist in the debt recovery process by helping contact past-due customers through all forms of communication. Assist in negotiating payment terms, settlements, and payment plans.
Collaborate with customers and the sales teams to resolve disputes regarding outstanding balances while still enforcing payment terms and avoid overextending credit.
Generate and analyze aging reports to identify at-risk accounts. Provide management with regular updates.
Collaborate with sales to understand customer relationships and how credit limits and payment terms can impact retention and sales growth.

One of our most successful Saval Cares Initiatives is our annual charity golf tournament that has raised over $350,000 for the Children’s Cancer Foundation since its inception over 19 years ago.
